Context & Lifestyle
Villa Serena is located in Brickell, Miami Florida. Brickell is one of Miami’s most desirable locations for luxury residences, combining a vibrant urban atmosphere with access to the waterfront. Villa Serena was designed as a private retreat within the city, offering a balance between modern architecture, nature, and lifestyle.
Material harmony
A sculptural dialogue between natural stone and rich wood defines the home’s façade, establishing a grounded yet refined composition aligned with tropical modern architecture in Miami. Material continuity reinforces clarity, balance, and permanence throughout the design.
Private green terrace
All bedrooms are located on the second level, each opening onto a private balcony framed by lush hanging vegetation. These terraces introduce layered privacy while extending greenery vertically through the home.
Indoor-outdoor architecture dialogue
A full-height wood-paneled corridor anchors circulation at the core of the home. Integrated planting and subtle uplighting introduce rhythm, warmth, and texture, reinforcing continuity between architecture and landscape.
An outdoor entertaining patio with a dedicated kitchen transitions effortlessly into the pool and garden, transforming Villa Serena into a cohesive indoor–outdoor environment designed for both daily living and refined social gatherings.
A tropical modern retreat
Ceiling-height glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior. Living, family, and kitchen spaces flow into the garden, pool, and outdoor kitchen—supporting a lifestyle centered on openness, natural light, and year-round outdoor living.
Interior Design
An elegant full-height wood-paneled corridor, lined by plants in the base and subtle uplighting, rhythmically anchors circulation while weaving warmth and texture through the heart of the home.
Permit Approval
Impressive speed from concept design to permit approval
One of the most impressive aspects of the Villa Serena project is the speed at which it moved from architectural design to permit approval - The entire process took only 6 months, a rare achievement for high-end residential projects in Miami’s competitive market. This swift progression reflects the expertise and dedication of the architectural team, ensuring the residence break ground was on schedule.
