Founder & Principal Architect
Florida Registered Architect with 20+ years of experience across luxury residential, hospitality, and large-scale developments in Miami and the U.S.

With more than 20 years of experience, Alex Ginard is a registered architect and interior designer based in Miami, Florida, and the Founder and Principal of Ginard Studio, an architecture and interior design practice focused on modern luxury, efficient planning, and buildable solutions.
Alex began his architectural education in Havana, Cuba, completing his studies in 2005, and later earned a Master’s degree in Urban Design in 2007. This academic foundation continues to inform his interest in urban context, planning, and large-scale development.
In 2009, Alex relocated to Mexico City, where he obtained his architectural license and established a design-build practice specializing in luxury residential projects. Working closely with clients and contractors, he developed a practical understanding of construction, detailing, and project execution.
In 2015, Alex moved permanently to Miami and joined Arquitectonica International. Over more than six years at the firm, he contributed to large-scale hospitality, high-rise multifamily, office, and mixed-use developments across Miami, South Florida, the United States, and international markets. This experience strengthened his focus on coordination, clarity, and real-world construction constraints.
In 2021, Alex founded Ginard Studio to pursue a more focused and intentional architectural practice. The studio works on high-end residential homes, multifamily developments, hospitality projects, and mixed-use buildings, combining refined design with disciplined planning and technical rigor.
Alex remains personally involved throughout all phases of each project, from early feasibility through construction. His approach emphasizes clear communication, honest collaboration, and coordinated execution, ensuring that design intent translates seamlessly into built work.

Yaliesy Ginard is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Co-Founder of Ginard Studio, where she plays a key role in early project strategy, feasibility analysis, and day-to-day operations.
With a strong background in real estate and development, Yaliesy is involved from the earliest stages of each project, contributing market insight, site analysis, and program alignment. Her understanding of real estate dynamics supports informed decisions during feasibility studies and concept development, particularly for luxury residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projects in Miami and South Florida.
In addition to her development-focused role, Yaliesy oversees the studio’s operations, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and communication remains clear across clients, consultants, and contractors. Her structured approach supports schedules, coordination, and consistency throughout the design and construction process.
Yaliesy believes that successful projects are built on clear communication and collaboration. She works closely with all stakeholders to maintain alignment with the project’s original vision while supporting practical execution and long-term value.

We do custom residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. We have done also medical centers, schools, hotels and offices buildings.

Typically our fees range from 8%-15% of construction cost. This will depends of the size of the project, complexity, scope of work and location.

Not at all! Even when our offices are located in Miami, our firm works as a virtual professional service provider for those projects that are located in different cities, states or even countries. We have enough internal structure and collaboration technologies to service every client practically from everywhere. Our size also allow us to adapt our processes, schedules to fulfill every client needs without compromising the quality of our work.

Every project is unique and has its own time frame. Is not the same to design a house than a high-rise. The time frame for a project usually runs from 6-24 months, depending of its complexity.

Even when we have a professional broker in our team, we don’t offer real-estate seal services. We have relationships with real-estate professionals that we can refer you with and them will help you to find options We will assist you then in the evaluation of the different sites and feasibility studies to guide you to the best possible option.
