TK Mansion is a 60,000-square-foot complete renovation of a custom luxury single-family residence located in Mexico City, Mexico. The project focuses on redefining the home through architectural intervention rather than replacement, using the façade as the primary tool to reshape character, proportion, and presence.
The design approach blends modern architectural language with disciplined composition, allowing the façade to function as a unifying element that interacts dynamically with the building’s scale while enhancing spatial quality both inside and out.
