S House is a 9,600-square-foot custom luxury single-family residence located on an oversized waterfront lot in West Palm Beach, Florida. The design merges clean architectural volumes with soft, continuous curves, creating a dynamic yet controlled composition that feels simultaneously modern, timeless, and distinctly nautical.
The home is organized to support both intimate daily living and large-scale entertaining. Expansive interior spaces open toward the water, reinforcing a constant visual and experiential connection to the site. The program includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms plus a powder room, a private gym, a large waterfront pool, and a covered garage accommodating five vehicles.
