Designed to balance warmth, refinement, and spatial continuity, the project uses material clarity, calibrated lighting, and architectural flow to shape a calm and immersive culinary experience.

Located in Miami Beach, Artistiko is a 3,800-square-foot gourmet restaurant designed as a sequence of interconnected spaces including lounge, dining, and a covered terrace. The project emphasizes atmosphere over spectacle, creating an environment that feels sophisticated yet approachable, refined yet relaxed.
The interior architecture is organized to support different dining moments throughout the day, transitioning naturally from social gathering to intimate evening dining while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity.

Materiality, Lighting & Detail
Natural wood surfaces, refined upholstery, and subtle textures define the material palette, creating warmth and depth while maintaining clarity. Indirect lighting and localized table illumination work together to establish a balanced and intimate dining environment, particularly during evening hours.
A defining element of the project is the covered terrace with a glass roof, designed to open views and allow daylight and sky conditions to become part of the dining experience. The transparency of the roof creates a strong connection to Miami Beach’s climate while preserving comfort and enclosure, allowing the restaurant to evolve seamlessly from day to night.
Design Concept & Atmosphere
The design concept is driven by continuity and restraint. Warm materials, soft geometries, and carefully controlled proportions establish a calm spatial rhythm throughout the restaurant. Lounge and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another, reinforcing a unified architectural language rather than distinct, isolated zones.
Lighting is treated as an atmospheric tool rather than a decorative feature, shaping intimacy and guiding movement through the space. The result is an interior that feels layered and tactile without visual excess.
