Project Overview
Located on the 8th floor in Brickell, Miami, F8 Miami is a 3,000-square-foot restaurant interior concept designed to balance elegance with approachability. Expansive glass façades frame westward views, allowing the changing light of the Miami sunset to become an integral part of the interior experience.
The design combines contemporary furniture with a layered material palette, creating an environment that feels modern yet tactile, refined yet relaxed.

Materiality, Lighting & Detail
Lighting is treated as a primary design element. Warm ambient light, decorative hanging fixtures, and reflective surfaces work together to shape mood and intimacy while maintaining visual depth.
Vegetation is integrated strategically, adding a natural layer that complements the wood elements and enhances the sensory quality of the space. Mirrors, textures, and furniture are carefully composed to amplify light and reinforce spatial richness without visual clutter.
Design Concept & Atmosphere
The interior concept is driven by fluidity and warmth. Soft, indirect lighting enhances rich textures and finishes, while sculptural wooden elements introduce movement and continuity throughout the space.
Wavy wood surfaces extend organically from custom furniture into wall planes and ceilings, visually connecting different zones and reinforcing a cohesive architectural language. This continuous gesture creates rhythm and softness, counterbalancing the precision of the contemporary interior.
