Located on the 17th floor of a modern residential tower in Santa Fe, Mexico City, Torres Penthouse is a 5,000-square-foot luxury interior project conceived and executed through a full design-and-build approach.
The interior concept is anchored in a restrained black-and-white language, allowing form, proportion, light, and material precision to define the space. Large openings frame expansive views of the golf course, reinforcing a strong visual connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Concept Design & Process
Early design development relied heavily on hand sketches as a primary communication tool. This approach allowed ideas to be explored quickly and clearly, helping the client understand spatial intent, visual language, and material relationships from the earliest stages.
Sketching facilitated faster decision-making, ensured conceptual alignment, and allowed the design to evolve efficiently while maintaining a consistent architectural vision throughout the penthouse.
Interior Architecture & Material Strategy
The interior architecture emphasizes clean lines, controlled contrasts, and visual continuity. The black-and-white palette is applied with discipline, allowing light, texture, and proportion to add depth rather than relying on decorative excess.
Every space is composed to feel intentional and cohesive, reinforcing a sense of elegance that remains understated and timeless.
Custom kitchen design
The kitchen was conceived as both a functional workspace and a sculptural interior element. Minimalist in expression and modern in execution, it reinforces the penthouse’s overall architectural language while serving as a central gathering space.
Custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and refined detailing ensure the kitchen feels seamless within the broader interior composition.
Master bathroom experience
The master bathroom takes full advantage of the penthouse’s elevation and views. Positioned to capture long vistas, the space is designed as a private retreat, where light, proportion, and material restraint create an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility.
Custom furniture design
We designed and build the furniture of the master bathroom and included iconic bath products from the AXOR collection designed by Jean-Marie Massaud to give this bath a luxurious style.
Master bedroom interiors
With black and white colors, simple and elegant elements for decoration, we got as result the master bedroom design personalized to suit the style of our clients.
