Design Concept & Architectural Language
The residence is organized through a composition of interlocking geometric forms, creating a dynamic yet disciplined architectural language. These volumes define spatial hierarchy while allowing light to penetrate deep into the interior.
Texture plays a central role in the experience of the home. Carefully selected materials introduce warmth and tactile contrast, balancing the precision of the architecture with a sense of comfort and livability.
Light as a Design Element
Natural light is treated as a primary architectural material. Openings, voids, and transitions are strategically positioned to capture daylight and modulate it throughout the interior spaces.
The main living areas are designed to feel open and luminous, strengthening the connection between interior spaces and their surroundings while maintaining privacy and control
Interior Architecture & Atmosphere
Interior spaces are calm, layered, and intentional. Custom-built elements, refined detailing, and a restrained palette reinforce continuity between architecture and interior design.
The result is a residence that feels sophisticated without being rigid—where spatial clarity, texture, and light work together to create an environment that is both elegant and welcoming.
