Wave House Construction Update – June 2025: Roof Slab Concrete Pour Ready
June marks an exciting chapter for Wave House.
The structure is now rising visibly from the site, and we are ready to pour the concrete for the roof slab. This milestone brings the full height of the home into view, and with it, the unique architectural form we envisioned from the very beginning.
Unlike typical rectangular volumes in Miami, Wave House features flowing, sculptural lines and curved balconies that give the home its signature identity. As the roof structure takes shape, those expressive curves are becoming more pronounced—setting this home apart from anything else in Miami, Florida.
Curved Architecture Reaches Its Peak
This project has always been about pushing architectural boundaries. Inspired by natural movement and fluidity, the home’s design is defined by soft curves and dynamic silhouettes—particularly in the balconies and terraces that wrap the structure.
With the roof slab concrete pour imminent, the home’s bold geometry is now fully legible. The curved forms designed into the upper levels are coming to life, revealing the architectural character that makes Wave House so distinctive.

What’s Next
Once the concrete roof slab is poured, the structure will be topped out. This marks a transition from structural work to the next phase: defining the curved perimeter walls, starting rough mechanical and electrical installations, and preparing for the enclosure.
Wave House, located in Coconut Grove - Miami, Florida continues to stand as a bold expression of contemporary residential design. It’s not just a home—it’s a sculptural statement, thoughtfully designed and precisely executed.
Stay tuned for more updates as we move into the next chapter of this exceptional house.
