We’re excited to share the latest construction update for Smart Brickell Luxe, the luxury high-rise tower designed by Ginard Studio in the heart of Brickell, Miami. After thoughtful design, coordination, and city approvals, the hospitality project officially broke ground — and construction is now well underway.
Progress So Far: A Strong Start Below Ground
Following the groundbreaking, the construction team has successfully completed a major early phase of the project: installation of all 189 foundation piles from February to March 2025. These deep structural elements are essential for supporting the weight of the high-rise and ensuring long-term stability, especially in a city like Miami with challenging soil conditions.
With this key milestone behind us, we’re now entering the next phase: building the foundation. This involves forming and pouring the concrete mat and base structures that will anchor the tower and set the stage for vertical construction in the coming months.
